Kuhle Madyolo known as "Emiky" was born and raised in Cape Town on the 18th of March 1999. He's the first born of two kids. Growing up he loved visiting his hometown in Bocklein Engcobo during the December holidays. In 2009 he went to Eastern to do his 4th grade and came back the following year 2010. In 2013 he became a mischievous teen and joined a boy gang which landed him in hospital. After recovering, he realised his love for music. His mother used to tell him that when he was a baby, he'd only stop crying once she put on music. As soon as he was able to write, he wrote his own music when he was 11. He got his first studio time in 2013 at  Nunstop records and afterwards he got a lot of opportunities in other studios up until now. He went on to complete his matric in 2017 at Sinethemba senior secondary school. Immediately after high school, the Xhosa artist, following his culture, went to the bush and became a man. He decided to improve his life so in 2018 he got a job at mug and bean and worked there for only 3 weeks until he decided to focus on his music. The talented star spends most of his time in the studio doing what he does best. The world better watch out for this rising star as Emiky dreams of performing on the biggest stages and he is surely determined to make his dreams come true.
